I'm trying to figure out the cruise control in a buddy's 90 2.0 NT (if that matters). When you set the cruise, the light will come on, but it just doesn't do anthing. So the switch and everything is fine. My first thought was the vacume line was just fell off/cracked or something, but a closer examination revieled there's no vac line going to the assembly. I didn't see a nipple or anything where one would hook up, nor did I see a vac line dangling anywhere in the engine bay.

Are the cruise units in the 90's not controled by vacume like the 91+
DSMs? Maybe I'm just blind.
