I currently own a 91 Talon TSi AWD, and I am lucky enough to be getting an additional '90 Talon TSi AWD. I have found a ton of information here and VFaqs regarding what to swap from say a 2g, but Ive noticed that my two 1g's are different as well. Most noticeably the ECI on the 90 has two vac hoses and the 91 has four. I didn't think too much about it and figured I'd be swapping parts as needed between the two and putting the newer ECI on the 90.

I was reading Ludachris' mods list and he specifically called out that he is using a 90 oil filter housing.

Im planning on making the 90 the primary since it has a rebuilt engine and using the 91 as the parts car, so I would be taking parts from a basically stock 91 TSi AWD and putting them on the 90 TSi AWD.

The 90 oil filter housing is in regards to the air-to-oil oil cooler that was unique to the 1990 model year. 91+ had a sandwich water cooled unit. The 90 setup is a more desirable setup.
