7-bolt Bedplate torque spec's & sequence

I've searched for a while now and cannot for the life of me locate this information. Just want to make sure I have it right.

What is the toque specs and sequence for the main girdle/bedplate for a 7bolt?

edit: found some torque specs - can someone confirm? 216in.lbs/18ft lbs. +90*/degrees

Did you ever get the torque sequence for crank girdle I couldn't find it either. Head torque sequence would be helpful also. I found link like you but no dice. Terrible manual.
