I'm doing a head gasket with a 6 bolt stock head bolts and a cometic mls. My question is what are the torque sequences?

As long as you dont go all the way to the max torque in the firts torquing sequence you should be ok. Take you max value and divide it by 3 or 4.
 
30/50/72 sounds good. just remember to drive it for a bit to warm everything up, then give it another shot at 72.
