I have a question and I'm just at a lost. I have a 95 TSi AWD, but the sticker in the door jam says production in October 1994. Under that assumption I purchased a early 95 tensioner from ExtremePSi. After putting it on I came to realize that tensioner lined up to the right of the end of the tensioner arm. Could it be that my car requires a 1g 7 bolt tensioner? After lining up the old tensioner that's in it. It lined up with the end of the arm so basically saying the early 2g doesn't line up! Thank you
