Whats up guys.

im a newbee when it comes right down to it, i'll admit it. i know a bit about the physics of an engine, but this is my first physical engine swap. i've been going over this in my head for about 3 months. i've bought and towrn down a basic 6bolt shortblock (came with no pullys, gears, oilpump, housing, screen. when i mean shortblock were talking block and internals) in which i plan on installing in my 96 gsx. i plan on doing the full 6bolt longblock swap, but my questions really lie in the sortblock's part list. im trying to save as many parts as i can from my 7bolt for $$$$ reasions. so far i've compiled the following 1g parts list that i have found manditory to use on my 91 plymith lazer 46g3 block becasue of the blocks incompadibility with my 2g 96 gsx stock parts.

1G CAS
1G (90) Oil Cooler
1G oil pan
1g oil screen
1G Oil Pump/Front Case/Filter housing
1G (90) Water Pump
1G (90) Water Pipe
1G Thermostat housing/ Water Neck
1G tensioner arm
1G T-belt Covers

if anyone could lend a helping had and comprise a more accurate list of ""required"" 1g parts i would strongly/highly apprecate your help!! Please, with sugar, and even candycains on top!!

im planning on useing "all" the 7bolt parts "not" listed in the 1g part list including pullys, radiator, hoses, abs, fans, harnesses, fuel system, exhaust manny, o2 housing, t25 (no upgraded turbo yet).

So thanks everyone, i sure hope i can get this on stop shop partlist

thats kinda intresting. im a hyundai salesman, i get wholsale/dealer cost on all parts. the idea seams all speculative. seems no one knows for sure if it "will" work or not. somthing to read on about. thanks-you.

Last I read, the front case from the Hyundai dips lower then the 4g63 dsm block. But I know they are still researching it on 1gina2g yahoo group. For now I would just stick with your list, remove your TPS plug harness, and save up for DSMLink.
