Toronto,
I started the project for my car about 6 month ago with just few updates and now it went SOO far I am swapping 6 Bolt this Sunday...

In the beginning I got set of new Denso 660CC ### i wanted to get 16G but ending up with FP Green so i am just wondering of they are still big enough for my setup ### i hear they flow as 720 CC but then I don't want to see anything higher then 80% duty cycle with DSM Link

I was thinking of running 24 PSI max and with good tune 400 AWHP+

Check my car profile for detailed list of mods

PS: I know with DSM Link I should of went biggest there is since it can compensate no problem but when i started it all I never thought I would go so far or even get the Link.

you might be ok.. i ran 660 on my 60-1 at around 25psi on pump gas with 85% duty cycle.. i also ran water injection though.. personally i think you will be ok.. do you run a afpr? try bumping the pressure a bit to get a bit more out of your injectors.

Too small...I had Delphi 650s at 103% idc with a 50 trim at 22psi. Put in 950s and I'm happily t 64% idc.

Yeah i have Automotive AFPR but I donno if 660CC will cut it

i ran 650's with a 50-trim/264 cams/3" exhaust/intercooler/etc @ 21 psi on sunoco 94 octane, about 85%+ duty cycles and ran very well.

I have a 50 trim, with denso 660s, walboro 190. I always forget to check the injector duty cycles, when I have a chance I'll check and post. I've ran as much as 24lbs on 91 pump.

People who have mentioned they had close to 660s, did not mention they were denso.. as the OP stated, the denso 660s supposedly flow a bit more, so that maybe a factor.

Prodigyman, what are your injector duty cycles showing with the denso 660s, it will probably be similar to mine.

I have denso 660s with a turbonetics 50 trim and my idc is in the mid 80% range at 20-22 psi. I'd say bigger injectors are in order if you want to run 24+ psi. I know ill be getting some soon.

I run denso 660cc injectors, standard denso fuel pump (150LPH), rewired, stock fuel pressure. I run 85% duty cycle on pump friendly a/f ratios on my T28. I'd go bigger.

Thats what i thought, I got em for sale on classified now. Thx for your help guys.

I personally think you will be ok.. What's your fuel pressure at? Have you tried bumping it a bit?
