Alright I have a pte6152e and im currently getting ready to send it off to be rebuilt, but I want to know all the details on how to feed it from the head, like what are all of the necessary parts to do so? I would love pictures of this also

If it's not a ball bearing turbo, you shouldn't be feeding that model from the head. The head provides a max of around 35psi of oil pressure; less if the head's been machined. Definitely feed from the filter housing per PTE's request.

Cant find the link but yes run the turbo feed from the oil filter housing. Have you done a balance shaft removal? Why would you not want to feed from the ofh?
