6 bolt water pipe issue

I searched a little bit but didn't find the answer. I have a 97 with a 6 bolt swap. My lower water pipe (going from the block to the radiator) is hitting my shifter linkage and I don't want to put a hole in that big line. Was I sapposed to use a different rad. hose?

Yes you need a 6 bolt Lower Radiator hose. Ask for a lower hose for a 1990 Eclipse Turbo at the parts store and you'll be all set.
