6 bolt swap problems

Ok I am having a few problems getting my car to run right. First off I put in a jdm motor 6 bolt in my 95 gst. I have 550 injectors, 255 fuel pump, with an AFC. Stock internals stock turbo, Greddy intercooler. Well when I start the car it seems to idle fine,sounds good no misses, but then it starts to get hot. I bought a new radiator cap, have a fluidyne radiator thermostat seems to be working. Tried burping it making sure there wasn't air in it still no changes. My temp gauge is not working so I dont know how hot it is actually getting. I tried to drive it down the block and the car is building a lot of boost, I can hear the turbo spooling up but the car is not going anywhere. I dont know how it would idle if it was 180 off on the timing, I recently had the headgasket redone because the valves got bent. I also noticed one of my fans melted, the one in front of the turbo. The guy that had been working on it said it was an electrical problem but the middle of the fan looks fine the blades are what melted . Any suggestions would help. I live in corpus christi texas, if anyone knows someone that has knowledge with these cars that can get this thing going I will take it to them,pay them ofcourse. San Antonio or Houston it doesnt matter I am tired of taking it to ppl who can't work on these cars and I cant find anyone who knows whats going on about doing a swap and all the stuff I have on it.
