I drive a 95 talon with a full 6-bolt swap. When I did the swap, I already had the AEM ems and never had any misfiring problem. Anyways, my AEM box burned up and I put the stock ecu with all the sensor back on. I swapped the injector pins and plug wires around. But the car misfires and sounds like a subaru motor. It starts, revs, but barely makes any power to drive the car around. What could it be? The motor sounds like a subaru motor once I rev it. The car ran perfect before the AEM went bad. Thanks

I know that sound man, if cam timing is off you will hear it, if you have spark knock it will sound like that too. I had some similar issues i would say...
Check Base Timing
Double check Cam Timing
Boost Leak Test
Check fuel pressure
If you have no AEM do you have an SAFC or any tuning device?
Do you have a logger?

I dont have any logging or sacf because I have the AEM ems box. I going to put a new set of plug and mess around with the cas tomorow. Thanks

If you are getting a random misfire code, the car will run like poop until you erase the code. Random misfire code is very common on a six bolt swap.

This is normal.

When you do a 6 bolt swap, you go from using 1 sensor for the crank angle and another for the cam angle to using 1 that does both. So the ecu gets a different signal which causes it to throw a misfiring code randomly. When that happens, the car runs on 3 cylinders and you have to clear the code to get rid of it completely but it will come back eventually, sometimes 1 minute later. I lived with it for months and yes it's VERY annoying. I drove the car with the 6 bolt ~ 4 months before i started getting random misfire.

You can disable the code if you have dsmlink. And you obviously won't have the code if you use the AEM EMS.

We can set the voltage out to the barometric pressure input to the ecu, and the intake air temp to the ecu.

I think you didn't swap your plug wires like you should have. The random misfire problem most people get with a 6 bolt in a 2G only happens in closed loop where the ECU looks for misfires. If that was the case, you either get a DSMLINK where you can disable the ECU to detect misfire codes or you put a poteniometer in there where you can start to add resistance until your misfire goes away.
