I have a 56 Trim PTE turbo with these specs

Wheel Dia.61mm Wheel Inducer2.416" Wheel Exducer3.227" Wheel Trim56 T04E Inlet/Outlet3" / 2" Bearing System360 Race A/R Ratio0.60 Turbine Specs: Wheel StyleT350 Wheel Inducer2.920" Wheel Exducer2.420"

It has about 7 psi around 4k RPM's and that dosent seem right. i dont rly want to go past 4k because im breaking in my engine. I was thinking maybe hte turbo might be to big for my car. What do you guys think?

Sounds about right. My PTE 60 tim, which has a lot smaller wheels in it, has 10 psi about
4k rpm's, 24 psi around 4400.

so what do you do to get that low end power? because below 4k my car has no more power then my ecipse GS LOL.

My sc61 spools around 4200-4300 as well. When I first bolted it on and had to retune the car it felt like I was running a 14b. After a good 30min tuning session and switching to a solid intake pipe it really started laying down the power. Before the tune spool up was around 5k rpm, LOL. Its all in the tune.

Thats about right. My pte 60-1 is only around 8psi at 4k rpm, same thing, just a little smaller compressor wheel. A few hundred rpm higher, boost will come on drastically. With a turbo that large, kiss your lowend goodbye. You should have done a little research before you purchased it. And why the hell are you trying to build big boost during an engine break in?

no one said any thing about trying to build big boost during this process. I was just making sure every thing is being as it should. I expected large amount of turbo lag im just making sure every thing is coo wit it. I was sure that tunning would make a big diff but i feel betta now that it did help u all. thanks 4 ## help

I have the new pte bb 57trim i get full boost(20psi) at 4,000rpms
