I have heard that 550 cc injectors can be good up to 20 lbs of boost but if 650s cost the same would it be better to use those and just not max them out as much. These will be tuned off of a safc 2. Also do i have to mod my stock mass air flow sensor at all.

Yes, a 190 pump, 14b, and 650cc injectors are very capable of this with the correct mods. Especially to the crank. You will see a better chance of your goal with the exhaust. However, every car is different. You will be very suprised what race gas, and a very good tune will do.

That's good news. What about with 93 or 91 octane? Around here in Texas 93 octane is available at most gas stations.

93 octance would be the best route to go. The higher the octane the happier our cars are. I would not choose 91 unless it was necessary.

I've not been able to get my IDC over 80% with my 550's. I've turned the boost up to 24psi (and this is with the crappy stock smic) and got 1 to 0 counts of knock with 93 octane pump gas. My fuel pressure was bumped up to 40psi from the stock 37psi.

Tuning is everything when it comes to modding a turbocharged engine. And it takes a lot of practice and patience to get it right... even with simple piggyback systems you can easily screw up a tune and max out 550's with a e3b16g.
