I just installed 550s, and now the car bucks and sputters once I hit full boost. It definetly doesn't feel as fast as with the 450s. I'm assuming this is because I don't have an AFC to compensate for the larger injectors and I'm running really rich. Logger shows O2 at .96 vs. .92 on the stockers.

I just need reassurance that it's a tuning issue now and not improper installation. Thanks for your help.

Here, this is what you should do. Take the 550's out, and put the 450's back in UNTIL you have an AFC and a datalogger! Your running rich and getting rich knock. You'll wash out the rings and will screw yourself in the end. Sooooo, do what I said and you won't regret it.

That's what I was planning on doing.

My logs showed nothing out of the ordinary other than higher O2 readings. Have to wait for the next paycheck to get the AFC.

Higher O2 readings mean you're running rich. As the poster above mentioned, yank 'em and wait until you have proper fuel control.

Thanks dudes. I'm sure I'll have a question or two about tuning with the S-AFC when that arrives.

Ya, without an SAFC, your idle and cruise/low throttle driving will suck too, because of the uncompensated extra fuel you will be running horribly rich and your gas mileage will suffer
