Hey guys, I need some help on what kind of turbo to get and what I need to run it? This is my set up now I have a 90 talon tsi fresh rebuild all stock. I have a 14b with gm maf, evo exhaust manifold, supra side mount, 3in exhaust, 2.5" intercooler piping, 4 bolt. I want to run 11's. what do I need? I was think a 50 or 57 trim. What do I need to run 11's? Will the supra side mount flow enought for a 50 trim. I what thinking about setting it up like this jdm intake, Greddy emanage, kepping the supra side mount, and probly cam. I want to drive it every day. I need some help.

Thanks,
TJ

I dunno bout getting into 11's but I don't think the supra sidemount will be enough. I could be wrong but i'd go with the front mount if ur getting a big turbo like that

Not sure how this translates to 1/4 mile times, but I have heard that the supra sidemount is good for up to 400HP, although I'll bet at those levels it starts getting heatsoaked and the engine starts knocking.

One thing tho - an 11 second daily driver honestly isn't all that practical. What if it comes down to where you have to run $4/gallon race gas to keep the engine from knocking? Shit is also gonna break when your car is that fast, I would hate to get stranded because of that. Im not trying to burst your bubble - just trying to show you the practical side of things. Also stock internals on an 11 second car might not hold up too well, even if their new. Don't let my advice stop you though - but its always good to think things through before starting a big project like this! Good luck with it!
