Saskatoon,
A friend of mine is selling his 4g67 so he decided to clean it up. With the engine on a stand he ripped of the pulleys, timing belt cover and timing belt to degrease the motor. The two of us start putting it back together and now the exhaust camshaft won't line up. Cylinder 1 is at tdc and the oil pump and balance shaft are lined up. The intake camshaft is good to go but the other one is wonked out. Should I keep turning the exhaust around till it lines up with the intake?
a point in the right direction will be appreciated
