4g64 + 6 bolt head in 1g awd

So I scored a 95 gallant 64 today what exactly do I need to get it working in an awd Tsi mostly confused about what flywheel I need and what timing belt and head gasket and head studs. How much boost have people been throwing at 64 bottom ends any ways. I plan to swap the head and leave the bottom end stock.
