I've had the car done for a couple weeks now, and this thing is all kinds of fun. I've had a couple of street races with it and it held it's own vrs. a mid-13 second crx (on the stock 13" tires) and the only thing done to it so far is the proto-type header and our mass air eliminator kit. I can't wait until the cams and nitto's are installed and I get the tuning done. Who said n/a's couldn't be fun. :dsm:

What's the MASS air eliminator kit? I'm curious to hear about this. It sounds interesting. It would be nice to get rid of that big ass air sensor. You might as well put a rock in there.

I'm glad to hear that its holding its own on the street. (It gives me hope! I get mine tommorow!!!! :cool: )

What is the weight difference between a colt and 1g fwd? I would assume that helped you keep up with that CRX a lot as well.

ALso, did you decide on a 4-1 or 4-2-1???

The mass air eliminator kit includes the mass air translator that was designed for the turbo dsm's, which we pre-tune along with instructions on how to wire it up for a n/a, the hard pipes, coupler's, and either a k+n or mushroom style filter. We are trying to find a supplier for the gm mass air that is used in the set up, but your better off buying a used one (much cheaper)

I'll try to get some pics up on the site today. It's really a great set up, you can tune with the translator and get a much higher flowing intake all in one package.

It pulls alot harder now, I hope to have it at the track sunday to get some numbers posted.

I forgot I didn't install the intake until sunday so all I had done was the header. when I raced the crx.

The colt weighs around 2100 with me in it.

Oh yeah the prototype on the car is a 4-2-1 header I am working on a 4-1 now.
 
I just saw the MASS Eliminator setup on the website. I can't wait till you can get some dyno information on it. Though, I keep wanting to see pics of that 4-2-1 header!!!!!!! :)
