4bolt question

Alright i was gunna hit junk yard to try and find a 4bolt and i have a cupple questions.

1.is it all 2g cars that have 4bolts or 92+ cars
2. does the car need to be awd?
3. whats a easy way to spot to see if it has a LSD
4. if it doesnt have a LSD and mine does in my 3bolt will my LSD fit in the 4bolt?

4 bolt is in 92 and up, yea the car needs to be AWD, hence the name "4 bolt rear end" and for spotting a lsd, look in the driver door and you should see an orange sticker saying it, or on the rear end it should have a silver sticker plate looking thing that says it. at least mine does anyways. good luck.

4 bolt is in the 92-94 cars. It does not come in any of the 2G cars.

2G have splines. Not axles and cups like a 1G.

You gotta make sure it is for a manual trans 1g tho, automatics had a different final drive ratio.

ALright thanks ill look for a awd, 5speed, 92-94 cars. and for the orange sticker or that silver tag like brandon said.

^^ What this guy said. My 90 too has an LSD. It comes w/o ABS, something about the vibrations of the pulsing ABS motion would funk with the LSD.
