420a screeching/clicking noise?

Well the title says it all. My 420a is acting weird. When i start it up, it has a loud screech and then proceeds to click constantly, but after i have driven it for awhile it starts to quiet down. At first i thought it was one of the belts but the sound is coming from more of the right side of the engine. Here is vid of my engine and "the noise"!
