420a rs/gs dc 4-2-1 header no egr??

Was looking at the 4-2-1 DC header for the non turbo eclipse/talon and this particular ebay ad says in the title above the picture (WITHOUT EGR ONLY)

do i have to remove the EGR in order to use this product??? im confused cause ive never heard of such a thing.

The EGR doesn't even hook up to the headers.

exactly! thats why im confused..i just didnt want to spend $300 for nothing.
