420A rebuild ($1000 budget)

I got a extra 420A motor layin around and I was wonderin if any body could tell me if there is a rebuild kit or what do I need to rebuild this motor on a $1000 budget.Ill be swappin this motor with the one in my car when it eventually goes.JUst put on T3/T4 turbo kit so I need to build new motor for turbo.1996 motor

I'm runnin 11lbs boost,is the 8:5 piston the one to use.And I notticed you can get the same basic kit on ebay for about $500, is the quality that much better on the kit you showed me?
