love heaqring about this car!! And to clarify an A2W IC core is built "backwards" from an A2A, the "end tanks" are putting the air through the area that you can usually see on a FMIC< and the water goes through where the air/end tanks would be on a typical A2A setup, just check out them on google on any reputable site.... if it's a normal core with water passing where the air would on a nomal setup it's a crap core

not yet but ill be making one soon, im working with "Glowryder" (his tuners name) an i think weve got it figured it what it will take to get in the 10's and im wanting to try for some high 9's

Well if you think you guys have it figured out, share some info. some people may have some input on what u already have which might be helpful or some people might just like to see what you guys have already thought.

I think the forumla is pretty solid. Looking at hahns slips (at least the ones i saw , an 11.xx pass w/o N2o iirc), I think there was either traction or driver improvements needed, or a combo of both. Traction will be a hard problem to avoid, but we can at least mitigate it.

A vauge lay out:

Built Bottom end of course
Built head
3.55 Trans LSD'd
Standalone
Dual BB billet Snail
Slicks and Tien Coilovers (Current setup) this may change as well.

Again this is a 30,000 feet view. Technology over brute power is what we are going for. It does require a certain degree of power, but i think using what you have effinctly and incrementally stepping up from there is the plan.

I know a guy with some slicks for sale...:p

I think people need to look into polishing on cranks and rods more for that extra little bit. My company calls it Aero-Shedding, Eagle calls it ESP armor, but that stuff helps free up horsepower through reducing windage, and is relatively cheap. Not to mention it strengthens components as wel (always good to do on block pieces) by removing stress risers.

your slicks are a good deal, Its going to depend on if he decided to go with a gsx brake setup, thats where your 15s fall off the map for us. The other guy I recommend your slicks to is running brembos, so they wont fit :(
If i wernt runing GSX's (going soon to brembos) i would have snagged em for myself..

I agree, In the current setup He has the tradtional Windage and baffle setup etc. We will most likley be going thru the bottom end again, as since some one ..(remain nameless LOL) keeps chaing their goals.. so needless to say the bottom end though built, isnt as built as it could be. IMO, it could be up for the job, but then you run into the relability issue where it could be better, and the machine work can get more indepth. It was orgianlly built to boost and make some decent power..but like all of us. he cought the boost bug.
