The video wasn't working. It sounds like you have a bad belt tensioner bearing somewhere.

Pull the PS and A/C belt and see if the noise goes away. If it does, check the tensioner and A/C by spinning them by hand. If it doesn't go away, pull the Alt belt and spin it.

I was thinking, I spilled a little bit of coolant/water mix the other day. would that cause the sound if it got on a pulley?

Yeah, im pretty sure that's what it was. I recently over filled the reservoir and the over flow tube was pointed at a sloped piece of metal point right at the pulleys.
