40% tps value at wot

1990 tsi awd
almost stock afcII, mbc, and boost gauge.

Thought my car was running fine. "A little slow" but thought it was just the weather.
A few days before tps value was 100% @ wot.

Ran my car @the track (first time)
Noticed that my tps value @ wot was only 40%
Took the car to my friends house and had him look under the hood.
when you floor the gas it hits wot. But the pocket logger reads 45-50%
When you wot the throttle body from under the hood it reads 45 - 50%
Tryed 2 tps sensors and both do the same thing 45-50%
Took the sensor off the tb and used a flat head screw driver to move it to the max pos.
Both tps sensors read 45-50%
Check my connection under the hood, and checked all connections in the car, ecu splices for afc. Afc harness.

Any ideas I really though it would be the tps but after trying 2 of them and getting the same value I just dont know anymore.

Tryed searching but all i found was hot to set the idle tps value.
I didnt see anyone having a problem with only 40% tps value.

have you checked the actual throttle plates position when you have the accelerator to the floor?

Not yet i'll try that in a hour when i get off of work. But i took the sensor off the cars tb and moved it to the max and min position with a flat head screw driver and it still gives me the 0% // 45-50% value. So that shouldn't be an issue correct?

quite a mistery indeed though, I hope you get that sorted out. Maybe have your TPS checked out by a multi meter,
