3rd Gear Pull & Idle Log, How rich am I running?

I can tell the car is running rich, but I have not much practice with tuning, so if someone can point me in the right direction? How would I go about adjusting the fuel trim, to fix that +3/4 LTFT. And whatever else that needs to be fixed.

Anything above 0 and the ECU is trying to richen the engine up. So, With the LTFT at +4 you need to richen the car up with the Lo map on the SAFC to bring that number back down to where the ECU doesn't have to richen it up for you. But, really +/- 10 is acceptable.

If that first log was a 3rd gear pull, something is wrong because the O2 sensor should read a steady voltage at WOT. Next time please log your TPS so we can see when you go WOT.
