3rd Annual Northeast DSM Meet- MARK YOUR CALENDARS

Well, please let me know so that I can mark you down. I don't want to just say you're bringing soda - I need to have specifics so we make sure we have enough for everyone. Obviously you don't need to bring soda for over 100 people. But please give me some specifics so we can make sure quantities are there.

if im allowed to bring some beer ,i could bring it and keep that in my car (cold in cooler) So Brian could stay by the car and check id's ,so no underage people (for safety) LOL :DDDDDDDDDD

Brian, give me an option of what is still needed???

As great as that would be, that would not be acceptable. For 1, alcohol is prohibited there apparently. 2, underage kids would find a way to get access to beer and then there would be MEGA issues if police came by and saw. 3, drinking and driving wouldn't be that great with all the attention we may most likely gain.

However if you want to bring some for yourself (moderate amount) I say feel free. I'm considering bringing a couple myself.

There is no way I'm checking ID's. There will be way too many people who won't be 21. If you want to bring beer for yourself, that's one thing. Just don't be blatant about it and keep it concealed. The park rangers do make their rounds and usually check on us at least 2-3 times throughout the day.

The list of stuff to bring is all contained in the first post. Just go take a look at it and let me know what you want to bring. When looking at it, it should be obvious which items are a bit more important than others.

Neaah i was just kiddin :DDDD

but last year i had for myself, was walking round with a can of redbull full of beer LOL :DDD

I can bring 1 large food cooler, 2 drink coolers, and 4 bags of chips.

I'll fill the drink coolers with authentic well water (tap water, no processed municipal water here). Your own cup will be needed.

I'll bring last year's lighter fluid bottle for nostalgic purposes.

I also intend on giving a contribution to Brian for the site fees.

None of your special hot dogs this year? They were pretty good!

I'll be bringing some of those "healthy" hot dogs (pre-cooked on a George Forman grill), yet more for "personal consumption" than enough for many people. Kind of like those that want to bring certain beverages for their "personal consumption." I'll gladly share what I don't eat, especially with those that organized this event! These "healthy" hot dogs are quite expensive compared to regular ones. I have tried many different "fat free" hotdogs, and these Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Hotdogs definitely tasted the best to me. If anyone chooses to bring a bunch of these tasty "healthy" hotdogs, then the brand name is provided above. After being laid off (temporarily, for several months), my budget is more constrained. Additionaly, I noticed that Tom is bringing quite a few regular hotdogs. Coincidentally, anyone can use last year's lighter fluid to give his/her hotdogs that special flavor (I found it while cleaning out my garage).

Sounds good Jim!

No lighter fluid will be used to cook food this year unless someone else wants to do it. I'm bringing a charcoal chimney so that's what I plan on using to light the charcoal.

i think paper and a good wood branches (or how you call that) would make the best taste out of the food.thats how we (Lithuanians) are cooking food ;) :thumb:
