i bought a set of 3g revised lifters. I was going to install them, but before hand i went to read up on the install on the faq. Everything seemed pretty easy, but i'm having trouble understanding the ,"removing oil from the new lifter part"

Can someone explain it to me??

I believe you're talking about priming the lifters. Dunk that sucker in oil, pump it a coupla times to fill it up, then take it out, and squeeze it again to pump the oil out. Install.

Sorry, forgot about that, it's been a while since I did this. You have to put a paperclip into the top hole and use that to compress the entire lifter because there is an internal valve. Straighten out the paperclip, stick it in the hole so it rests on the bottom, bend whats sticking out the top at a 90* angle so you can get your fingers on the lifter, and do as I said above.
