39-43 knock at idle after chip

I just installed the stage 3 keydiver chip and im getting abnormal counts of knock, i do have a lifter tick but not this bad , it never picked it up before anyways. as soon as i touch the gas it pegs 43, so i tried unplugging the knock sensor and the knock went away but as soon as i touch the gas knock count goes up to 9, i dont know if this is normal or not, i really frustrated here because ive written jeff a message earlier today and now its after 2am with no reply and im still tinkering with this damned thing. im going to try putting the stock chip back in tommorrow see if that fixes it because i really doubt its accually picking up that much knock at idle, and when im just driving around slowly-normally it pegs 43 too. and im getting about -4 * of timing advancment at idle and 2* when i try to boost it. im really stumped here and im giving up for tonight.

9 count is default when ECU doesn't see a knock sensor connected.

If the knock sensor's connected and in working order (no ooze coming out of the back) it's not real and most likely phantom knock.
