38mm wastegate setup

I have a turbo I ordered a while back 4 months+ and I ordered an exhuast manifold with a 38mm wastegate flange on it but it seems like they will never ship it out to me. So anyone got some recommendations for running the wastegate off another manifold or O2. Trying to keep it under $300 and needs mitsu turbo flange. Thanks in advance.

You can get the SBR manifold with a wastegate flange for under $300.

Edit: After thinking about this for a second I realized that's probably the manifold you already ordered that hasn't been shipped.

That would be that manifold I ordered(SBR). Just sick of waiting for them to ship me a manifold after 4months and now they tell me christmas is when they will have them done.

haha i am on the EXACT same boat as you my friend, except im in the process of puttin the turbo on, i just got two tial 38mm flanges from road race engineering and printed off a picture of the manifold off of machv or slowboy (same manifold) with the hole drilled and flanged for wastegate, and take everything to a machine shop, picture, flange, and manifold, and tell em u wnat that flange on the manifold like the one in the picture. VERY inexpensive.

How much did that cost you to get done at a machine shop? Very interested Also what metal did you get those flanges in? mild steel etc..

You can send your manifold to slowboy or buy their regular manifold with a welded flange that they sell (check their website).

If you want an o2 mounted external gate, look at www.punishment-racing.com or www.122performance.com.

Are they ever not in backorder??? It took them 2 months for a gt35r and 3 months for an engine with me...
