It can make it but it isn't realistic. You will be running right around 23lbs. of boost and at that pressure it isn't going to last very long. Even with a good tune you are right at the limits of overspinning it. Yes it is a great stock turbo and it can be done but I'm not sure about to the wheels. I know it can do it to the crank but I think it might fall just short. Of course you would need a slough of mods to do it...all supporting fuel, MAF-T, FMIC, you would be better off just buying a 16g of sorts and not spending money on like a MAF-T or something to get you to 300whp.

You'd need all that to properly install and run a 16G as well. I'm not sure you need an MAF-T for either scenario though. WTF

You don't need a maft, but you need something other than the 1g mas. I would say it's possible, but then again, anything is possible. I'm not sure there is much point anyways, as the turbo is so far out of its efficiency range by 23 psi...

There are a number of people on here who run 22 or 23psi on a 14b. From what I've read that's the max they can put out and still hold together.

Correct, it is possible. However, if you look at a compressor map, you'll find that it is pushing the 14b's efficiency already at that point.

300whp from a 14b has been done, but I could count the number of cars on one hand. Most of them were pure racecars short of the 14b holding them back in the hp department. Is it possible, sure. Is it feasible on a mild budget, not at all.

I think a galant vr4 pulled 322awhp awhile ago on slow boys dyno.

its possible, but more than likely only on race gas with an amazing tune and ported everything, + all other supporting mods.
