3-Wire Denso O2 Sensor Install

Hi, I need to know if a 3-Wire O2 sensor will work on my 1996 Spyer GST. The dude I'm buying it from said it fits 1997-1999 GST's and maybe 95-96. the model number is Denso
065500-9591. It also has the number/letters 06S02 written in small print.

If know what's up please respond as quick as you can.

So, is this a heated sensor? Does the heater just go to ground through the body instead of back through the harness? Try to track down a diagram for it, and go from there.
