3" Pit Exhaust Help

Alright i dont know how many have you, have looked at the vendor anouncements and saw 3" cat back for like 250 or so, that is on ebay, now i need an exhaust and i dont have much money, now this is cheap, seems fine, now am i just ignorant or would this work out just fine, i have like 500 for an exhaut so if it finnaly goes for 250 or 300, then shipping, then the install thats like 400 or so, but thats a good price, now i need some help on this, tell me what u think of it..
