So much for going out in two's. Car backfires and runs rough. Pop's enough that the boost gauge will jump 2-3 psi ocassionally. Just started in about 1 days time.
Anway the coil point closest to the firewall only fires once every couple seconds. I switch the wires on the same coil pack and the other point on the same coil pack fires real fast and good with both wires. So that rules out the wires. So what would cause only point to be bad on a two point coil pack?

Only other thing that changed just recently was I added a big downpipe. Well that caused boost creep and I hit fuel cut a couple times. oops. I can't see how that would be related though because it won't idle smooth or run right at all even with no boost.
BTW I also checked compression tonight because the overboosting scared me, but it seemed ok.

I'm wondering if the ignition transistor box might affect this....

Something to try, it's just a guess.
