coil pack wont fire

Hey guys I'm new to this and have tried everything so I'm hoping that someone out there may be able to help me.

I have a 96 gst eclipse and can not get a spark out of my 4-1 coil pack. I have tested the lines all the way back to my ecu and even bought a new ecu. The lines tested fine. I tested both coil pack and both are good. Fuel pressure is right where is need to be at. I have no idea what else to test or try to even look for. I'm out of ideas any help? thanks a lot!!!

If your getting no spark how can it "test good"?
Btw your problem is probably the CAS, but 2gs have cps too I think.

i swapped the coil over to the 2-3 to make sure the coil pack itself wasnt bad. i got spark over there. im just not getting spark to it when its in the correct placement.

my engine doesn't have the cas on the valves it only has it under the crank. do u think that this is bad and causing my issue to not fire?
