3 Gauge Radio Bezel

That looks really similar to glowryder's work on here. Maybe it's him. If it is the work is excellent.

I bought a pod that looked like one of the pictures there.

Mine was half that, but it was only for one gauge. Hit up glowryder for a price

it is my gauge creation : ) .. the price is like some one posted above quality and well to be honest, its a pain to build.. but i know alot of people like the sleeper look, and this gives you sleeper and function. plus plug and play is awesome.. : ) pay to play right..

OP, if you'd like one, hit me up, ill work you a "dsmtuners" discount for this pod. that goes for everyone on here as well. Keep in mind the ebay prices also add in there the stupid seller and paypal fees. not to mention the time it takes to make one..

Cool, when I'm ready to get one I'll let you know. I cant stand the 3 gauge a pillar thing i have now and having the gauges mounted under the radio plus my 20% tint means no one should be able to spot them. (been robbed once, don't want it to happen again)

"The guy easily has 3 hours into that thing + the cost of the mold/material. How about we stop nickel and dimming everyone and pay for some things. Maybe we'll slow the loss of vendors that way and pay people for what they do. "

: ) food for thought, I have about 9 hrs average into this pod, not to mention the design and testing before i could make a nice "production intent" build, i could have way less, but i want nice parts, some i'm sure everyone else does too.. whats a shops hourly rate? 55$ average?
FYI : its not made fiberglass (even tho i state it is, i don't say what its made of due to its to long to get into, and since its not conventional people may be turned off, even thought its far superior ..) the material is more expensive then fiberglass. Fiberglass is nice and all, but because i don't want it to crack down the road i use my composite material. .. fiber glass + plastic = cracking = angry people

I do a decent amount of cf and fiberglass work so I feel you man. I'm saying 3 hours total hands on time, not curing, drying etc. It's amazing at how little people realize it takes to make something like this. It's just like the cf hoods they sell for $400 with a garbage resign that will yellow and flake in a year... Seems like everyone wants cheap cheap cheap and then cries when it fails.

I need to buy a 3 gauge pod, under the cd player. Please pm me. I finally have money to buy it.

X2 phunny. thats why i,m cutting back on CF work... plus you have "freelancers" that will remain un-named, who are actually full blown CF shops.. irks me a little.. but then like you said,, the poor quality resins they are using = fail..

my motto is : pay to play.. which goes hand in hand, you get what you pay for ; )

That is rediculously overpriced. I wouldn't spend that much money on it when I can get an A-pillar pod for less than half that.

LOL.. fail.. what do you do? glue it to something?.. maybe you don't know what these words/phrases mean... clean, plug and play, quality.. the 10$ part you posted lacks all of those...

that looks like some flimsy ass plastic for a universal mounting application....

Would you happen yo make one for 2 pods? Can you PM me a price for the 2 pod and the 3 pod? With the gauges there, do you have trouble seeing them with them being behind the shifter? And how far do they stick out towards the shifter? I have the Megan short shift kit and I still go up close to the radio.

How about making/using this?

It looks clean and costs ~10$.

For everyone who bashed this, you should try it first-- I use it and it works GREAT. It has clips/brackets on the rear sides which hold it in place. Its made out of metal. For $10 you cant really complain. I only have 2 gauges in mine currently but I can take pics if needed.

Correct, for 10$, for those who rattle can their car, it looks good for a 50$ paint job. It wont beat a car with a 4000$ paint job.. Again you get what you pay for.. with mine, you get a custom look , something that was designed to flow with the console vs a universal part. Metal or not, to me (some one who cares how their car looks and flows) I wouldn't put it my ride. So to each their own.
