3" downpipe

I bought a Megan Racing 3" evo 9 down pipe and wondering if it will actually work on my 92 laser with the 14b

Not even close. Downpipe is bent for an EVO which has the o2 housing on the opposite side of the car. Why would you even buy a downpipe for a car with a COMPLETELY different setup?

The turbo flange for the downpipe or on the manifold? The o2 housing points opposite the DSM one does so the downpipe won't even remotely fit. The turbo won't fit without modifying a lot of things to make it fit and the manifold is set up for a twin scroll design so porting your 2g one is gonna be a lot better than using that one. Don't even both with trying to take stuff off an EVO and put it on our cars. Completely different design and you can gain more from simple work to our stock stuff.
