3'' downpipe

can anyone tell me where i can get a good 3'' dp that isnt a cat illiminator?everyone i see has one with a resonator and cat illimination and i need to keep my cat.and does anyone see a problem with possibly going ahead and adding a cat to these types of downpipes even though they say not to?only difference i am seeing is the cat will be in a different location then stock but i dont see any problems by doing this.the manufatures on some of these places say not to.does anyone know why this may be?i can figure it out any help would be appreciated thank guys
