3" 2 bolt turndown exhaust tip

Does anyone know where to buy 3" turndown exhaust tip with 2 bolt flange. Sofar I've only found with 3 bolt flange and no flange.

I was thinking of using that on the end of downpipe.

Best bet for this is going to be a Silverado in a junk yard. After the cats there is the 3" 2-bolt flange. Bring a cordless Sawzall or impact and pb blaster. Then bring it by your local muffler shop with a 3" weld on turn down. Should be under $20 all in.
