I want to do a 2ga to 2gb body swap but I don't know if I only need to buy the parts and these fit perfectly or if I need some other modification.

Can you tell me please?

which do you know I need to buy?

Headlights and front bumper.

Rear bumper, side skirts, and rear spoiler if you're going all the way. Everything is a direct fit.

Oh, and rear reverse lights. Forgot about those. The 2gb uses those small round ones, and the 2ga uses those sickle looking ones.

If I change the front bumper I would need to change the headlights too, Is this correct?

Yes, the headlights were slightly modified from 2ga to 2gb.

There was a retrofitted set in there not too long ago. Use the search function and it should bring up any ad containing them. :thumb:

I have used headlights from Ebay before and had no problems but i know i few people that had issues with them leaking so before you install i would use silicone around all the gaps just to make sure that way you dont have to worry about taking the bumper back off and all that mess :thumb:

that's too bad  I want to buy those but I don't know :hmm:

For $80 there's nothing to complain about.
I currently have had these for 2 years and the clear is starting to peel.

Those headlights would work just fine. as stated, just run a thin bead of silicone arount where the lense meets the housing and smooth it out with your finger, let dry and install. You will never have a problem with them after that.

I would even buy the oem style ones from eBay. They can't be bad. They are like $80-100 for a new set. I'd rather have new than used. That's just my opinion.

I just bought eBay headlights. They look sweet, just like stock. Somebody said the eBay ones don't have the adjusters to set the hirght level like the stockers. Mine have them. I think the brand of these are TYC. For $80 shipped it's a sweet deal. Oh and mine came with free preinstalled bulbs, score.

just did a talon ga to eclipse gb conversion. i dont know if anyone has had this problem but when putting on the rear bumper yes body line wise it all lines up. on the top part where several bolts go to tighten it down right below the tail lights, with the eclipse gb bumper it sits higher so its only being held on with 3 screws on each side of the rear fenders.

also that the middle center tail light the top bolts align but the bottom bolts we had to drill holes to make it work.

yeah im not 100% sure on exactly how the bolt up wether its the same bolts or not ive never done a conversion but im sure there is a post on it good luck man
