2ga fender caps and 2gb fender caps same?

Are the fender caps the same on a 95-96 eclipse than on a 97-99 eclipse. I cant tell from pics. Im getting 97-99 side skirts and I want to make sure they fit with my 95 fender caps.

Im confused as to what a fender cap is.. anyone care to explain.. I guess Im a lil new to it the dsm game

No they are different. Both styles will bolt on to your car but probably won't look good together. Even the door caps are different. The 2ga door caps flare out more and look kinda dumb with 2gb skirts. This sux because most people want to sell the door cap with the actual door. So my advice to anyone wanting to do a 2gb eclipse side skirt conversion is to get all 6 pieces.

Bottom Fender will probably be different from 2ga to 2gb's
