So I have a 97 gst spyder. I need to install this 95-96 gst auto harness into it. I got most of the auto wires/connectors out already. But I'm having issues with certain things.

- what wires and connector is used for the 2ga cam sensor?

- when I remove the auto stuff, technically it should work correct?

- somehow the harness is missing the vss connector. Is this different on an auto car?

  1. You'll need to jump the neutral safety switch connector, if you don't the car won't start because it thinks the car is out of P since its the A/T harness. Heres a blurry shot of what you've got to do to that connector to start the car with the auto harness.

  2. The 2ga CAS wires are the exact same color (RED, BLACK, & BLUE) you've just got to wire in the '97-'99 CAS connector. When I installed my '95 wiring harness I had to extend the CAS wiring as well to reach the location of the '97-'99 CAS since its on the opposite end of the motor.
  3. The VSS plug is exactly the same on the A/T harness and should be there, its the reverse light connector on top of your M/T that won't have a connector for it on the A/T harness.
