So i was just looking behind the intake manifold and i see this just “hanging” around.
What is this?

While I KNOW somebody here will recognize it because of the blue connector, is there a PN on one of the sides? Mitsu generally printed or engraved numbers on every relay.

That looks like it could be the cruise control relay, MB398020.
