i have a 98 Spyder GS Turbo swap thats having issues running right/at all.

parts used:
Black Box H8 ECU
ECUFlash
Tactrix OpenPort2.0
2g Turbo Throttle Body
SFI 660cc Injectors
Evo 3 16G Turbo
FMIC
EGR Delete

i flashed a stock GST tune onto the ECU with rescaled injectors & Latencies, but when i start the car, it idles extremely rough, and extremely rich. when i give it throttle, it'll cutout around 2750-3000rpm like a rev limit with black/grey smoke coming out of the exhaust (stationary rev limit isn't set) , there are no boost leaks since it never gets over 1psi before it cuts out. is there something i'm missing? different vacuum line routing from the TB?
O2 Voltage is reading 10:1 or more rich

I have purchased EVOScan also, but i'm having issues trying to get it to work on my laptop not my desktop.

Black smoke is fuel, sounds like you might be dumping too much of it. Is that 10:1 after its warmed up or cold start? 10:1 is pretty rich...

well it was cold, but then it went up to 18:1 and slowly back down to 14.6:1 and stayed there. it "idles" at 550rpm g/t 100rpm. i followed the basic tune thread but it led me to see no changes and i can't WOT tune because it won't go past 3000rpm

That idle speed is too low by about 200 RPM if memory serves, check ignition and valve timing. Also double check for boost leaks, it won't build boost without being under a load, or with a bad enough boost leak under load for that matter. Also check the ECT is reading correctly.

Shortly after getting my car(first turbo car I owned mind you) I had to tear into the engine and do a whole slew of work, including replacing the turbocharger, after that it wouldn't go past 3k rpm and had no power, I couldn't figure it out, people on here told me it was a boost leak, which didn't make sense to me. But they were right, when I was checking other things(had already done a visual on all my couplers) I brushed my arm against one of my pipes, and had a passing thought of hmm, that kind of moved more than it should have, grabbed it to see if it was loose, and it was, then I notice that while it is only just barely in the coupler on the top part, with the clamp just hanging there, easy enough to glance over when doing a quick visual, I forgot to tighten that clamp, and sure enough that was the problem.

i know it is, but somethings up with the tune because it's drowning it with gas

What all has been done since it last ran good?

Turbo Throttle Body, Turbo ECU, 660 Injectors, 16G turbo, FMIC, Greddy BOV, knock sensor, and flashed the ecu with the injector scales
