You need to remove all of the interior panels. It goes pretty quickly if you know what you're looking for... To take off the door panels, remove the screws around the periphery and in the handle. They may be covered with a plastic cap; pop those off with a screwdriver. If you don't have automatic windows, push the panel in a little, so you can remove the clip that holds the window crank on (again, use a screwdriver). It should now only be held in by a few clips on the back side, so just pull the panel off. Voila, the speakers...
The rear panels are more complicated, and its been such a long time since I took mine off that I don't remember all the details. I do know this, however, first you need to remove the rear seats. Pull on the two tabs on the bottom section, and that should come right off. The top section is only held in by two bolts which become visible after you remove the bottom section. Now remove the two lower panel. You should have direct access to all the screws once the seats are out. Once you take the panels out, the speakers will be in plain sight. If you feel like your pulling too hard on anything, just make sure you've removed all the fasteners.
From there, just un-clip the speakers and unscrew them. Depending on your new ones, you'll probably have to splice new connectors or solder the wires.
Also, be sure you got the right sized speakers, otherwise you'll need to do a little fab work with the brackets. Either way, have fun...

TO remove the rears, remove the screw in the front kickpanel that holds the kick and the sill trim... remove teh silltrim, and pull the door seal out enough to meet the upper junction of the rear lower and rear upper section of plastic.

Remove teh lower rear seat

undo both screws found there, now fold the back seat forward and there is either 1 or 2 srews there.

Give the pannel a sharp tug and it will release.

remove from car, unscrew the 4 screws that hold the rear speakers to the OEM plastic bracket, and unhook them.

INstall your speakers and reinstall the rear panel and sill as reverse of assembly.

After the first side you can do the nxt side in under 10minutes.
