Spyder 2g Spyder GS clicking noise from convertible top

Hey, I've got a 1997 Eclipse Spyder GS and need some help with the convertible top coming up and down.

I was able to get the top to go down halfway once. Now whenever I press the button to put the top up and down, I hear several delayed clicks from behind me. Sounds like they are coming from the trunk area? Not sure where this is coming from or why this is happening.

I can post a video of what is happening if that would help at all.

The motor relays will click when the top motors are supposed to go up and down prior to the actual moving of the top, thats probably what your hearing, as for why the top is not going up or down, thats another thing all together, you need some diagnosis to figure that out, start by checking for voltage at the motors when trying to raise or lower the top.
