Hello guys !
I'm willing to change my stock shocks and I would really appreciate some help.

I need some near stock shocks.

Which are the BEST cost x benefit ? I don`t need adjustable ones...
- KYB
- TOHIKO
- KONI

THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont know if this is what your looking for but I work at OReillys and I sell shocks that are ment to be oem equivalent every day. We sell monroes and kyb and a good set is still cheap compared to most after market sets. I have never had anyone complain about the ride, and most customers come in all the time. I would easily recommend either option for the great stock ride dsm's have!
Hope this helped!

KYB's Excel-G (aka GR-2's) are almost (if not the exact) same as the stock struts. If you're looking to just replace the stock struts with stock springs, just get those. If money is a concern, you can find some cheap no-name struts on ebay for like $40 or less each.

How do y'all feel about coil overs never had them cuz heard they ride like crap is that true or r they really nice driving?

I have the KYB GR-2s, they're good stock replacements.

Coilovers - you get what you pay for.

If you aren't concerned about adjustability or high performance you will probably be fine with a good set of non adjustable shocks/springs like the Tokico HP kit if they still sell that.

However, if you are concerned about performance beyond just a daily driver everyone recommends konis / ground controls.

Definitely stock LOL. Those shocks aren't designed to be lowered.

I have Tein Type Flex's that are being rebuilt, so I'm rocking my stock suspension right now. My profile picture was on the Teins[DOUBLEPOST=1408148407][/DOUBLEPOST]
