Struggling to get my power door locks to work properly.

Issues:

-Hitting "Unlock" from Driver or Passenger door switches does nothing to either door actuator, and makes no noise at the relay.
-Hitting "Lock" from Driver or Passenger door switch only locks the Driver door.

Info:
-Both Door Lock Actuators, both Lock Key Cylinder Switches, and both Door Lock Power Relays are in working order.
-No aftermarket alarm has been installed.
-No visible damage to harness.

Just not sure which wires I need to jump or check continuity as I'm horrible at reading the diagrams.

Did the door locks work before your complete disassembly and reassembly of the car?

Saw your other post that talked about new door lock actuators. Is it possible that the lock key cylinder switches are reversed: In the wrong door, or installed upside down?

The Lock Key Cylinder switches are correct. Locking the passenger door with the key from the outside locks the drivers side etc.

I'm about to just swap the ETACS-ECU just because it seems like the next and last logical step .

Yes, that was the only other component that came to mind, but was unsure if the ETAC-ECU was involved in more than the remote lock/unlock signals.

This has been resolved.

I've attached "cleaned up" versions of the wiring diagram. Mitsu did a horrible job on this section for whatever reason. My issue was the pins in connector B-73 (Blue connector under driver dash) were all disconnected, power from the relay 2 was not making it from pins 1 / 3 of that relay to the passenger lock actuator. Shoutout to @Dusty Landrum for assisting as always!!
