2g Polyurethane bushing kit

So I'm ordering this kit from maperformance, and I would like to know which size front and rear sway arm bushings I need for my application? I'm using the stock sway arms for now, and I dont plan on changing them anytime soon. And this is for a 95 tsi fwd. Thanks.

i believe these are the stock sway bar specs for a 95-99 FWD: 19mm front and 15mm rear. the links provided below are not recommendations but are provided as examples.

Thanks for the links. I just decided to order the kit without sway arm bushings , because I need to replace all the control arm bushings now. I guess I'll do the sway arms at a later date, they seem to be in good shape anyhow.

great decision! poly bushing kits with control arm bushings are often recommended as important firsts when doing this mod. hopefully the ones for the rear control arms, rear knuckles and shock bushings are also included. after doing just these, you could be in for a pleasant surprise at turn ins, during and when exiting turns.

as to sway bars, consider not just modding the bushings, but upgrading to 24mm front and 22mm rear sway bars, which often comes with poly bushings.

in case you want to do them too, the rear diff/mustache bar bushings can wait.

I got the kit from maperformance, and I'm going to be doing the install this weekend. The kit I got is the Energy Suspension Bushings, and it comes with front & rear control arm bushings, and front & rear upper shock bushings.
I've done all the research on the removal and install, so now there is nothing left, but to get it done. I wont be needing rear diff/mustache bars for this one, but I'll definately look into that one for my 1g though.
