Well I've got most of the stuff sorted with the Fuse Box harness other than the A/C dryer connector (picture below). Was wondering if anyone had experience with hooking up the interior portion of the engine harness because I am a little lost. Electrical stuff on cars is not my strong suit at the moment.

This is the connector for the A/C dryer on the old fuse box harness

And this is the one on the OHM harness. Understandable that this is probably to correct one, however, wondering if it is a simple re-pin/connector swap

With these next two, I have no idea what IRP and PT stand for with their acronyms nor can I find a connector that matches either of these

With the following connectors, these aren't labeled and, again, I cannot find a matching connector for these

And finally the MPI connectors. I know where the MPI relay is but I'm not sure in what slot these connectors reside. I have the MPI connector bolted to the bracket so the question is, do I apply common sense and put MPI 1 in the top and MPI 2 in the bottom or does that not work in the expansive world of car electrical systems?

Are you sure you have the right injectors then?

Serious question, why not ask them where this stuff plugs in?
Yeah I went through everything I had with them and sent picrures/details before I ordered the harness.

I have been asking questions but the Follow up and details aren't the greatest and I don't believe they specialize in DSM platforms per say. I just figured I drop it here to get quicker/more detailed reply from people who have gone through the process of installing one.

That harness looks to be configured for the later (96-99) style MPI relays.
I'm guessing IRP is Injector Resistor Power for the Injector Resistor on the firewall.

Very much appreciated! Yeah so I've got that Injector unit on the firewall and they said something about relocating it to under the radio. I was going to relocate the Power Transistor on the panel that the ABS ECU was mounted on so I'm assuming I could put that Injector unit on there with it or would that generate too much heat? I need to pull my MPI back out and get a picture of it because it has the metal case over it but I'm pretty sure it has the correct pin orientation. I will post a picture with what it looks like later and we can go from there but thank you! That helps hammer it out with a few more left so definitely better than where I was haha

The pinout of the 2G early and late MPI relays are quite different.

That harness is clearly set up for the later version of 2 relays.

This one won't attach to it.

The first two are probably the injector resistor pack and the transistor as already stated.

The next are probably the connections behind the radio in the back I’d assume.

Pretty sure Steve is right because the MFI relay looks like the ones on my 99’s.

FYI before you buy or source a resistor pack most of us have them deleted and run hi z injectors instead.

Right on thanks for all the info thus far! I'll source a new MPI relay and swap it out. And the Injector Resistor will get pulled off the firewall and thrown on the ABS ecu plate with the power transistor.

Now with the a/c dryer connector and the two larger white connectors, I'm wondering if that's why they don't have a hook up spot because this is for the 96 and later but I'm trying to throw this on a 95. I'm pretty sure I told them before I ordered I had a 95 but maybe I didn't which is my fault for not specifying.

I believe the 2 large white connectors go to the b-xx connectors behind the radio. The factory ecu harness sends stuff like speed, tach, and a handful of other signals from the engine harness into the dash harness via those connectors.

The a/c drier is a very simple circuit. It is just 12v into one pin and if the conditions are right, the 12v passes through the other pin to the compressor's temp sensor. You just need to use the correct connector and swap or crimp on new pins. My 95 uses the brown plug you originally showed.

Didn't want to start a new thread because I feel like the issue I am having with connecting to ECMLink may be attributed to the OHM engine and fusebox harnesses that I am running. I feel like I have exhausted every troubleshoot option, minus throwing the dash back in and connecting all that stuff. But if anyone has some info on this or can verify that these harness do/don't give issues when connecting to ECMLink that would be sweet. Its been like 2 weeks or so of non-stop troubleshooting and I'm going insane.

Edit: figured it out in this thread - [RESOLVED] ECMLink Connection Troubleshoot.
